Meal Plan Monday 11/12/12

Happy Monday! We're on day four of our raw cleanse and feeling a little grumpy.  That's ok though, because I know all of the junk is getting out!  I'll be happy in another day or two, enjoying my extra energy!

Cleansing always makes me want to cleanse my surroundings too so we are doing a major purge in our house.  It is long overdue so I'm super excited to get the clutter out.  It feels so good to remove boxes full of "stuff" from our house!  I'll be excited when we have a garage sale and get some cash for a date night too!

We're focusing on detoxifying our house and a lot of plastic is going out in this round of cleaning- toys, kitchen tools and random kid "stuff."  I've also found a ton of cleaning chemicals, medication and body products full of toxins that we no longer use.  It feels so great to get that out of the house!

Looking forward this week, we'll be finishing our house purge and organizing for our garage sale.  We've also got plans for a date night Tuesday with friends and we'll be spending this weekend with family.  I'm really excited because next Sunday I'll be making homemade sausage with my brother.  I've never done this before so it should be interesting!  I'm just excited to make my own since organic sausage is $6.99 for 4 sausages in the store.
