Meal Plan Monday 10/15/2012

We're enjoying some quality family time this week in the Smoky Mountains.  We'll be hiking, taking in some amazing views and making some wonderful memories.  Tuesday is also Andy's birthday so we'll be celebrating that as well!  We're ending our week with yet another wedding in North Carolina.

Since we'll be doing lots of exploring, I'll be packing our lunch everyday.  This means lots of sandwiches and wraps.  I'm making as much of our food as possible on this trip to ensure we all stay healthy.

Meal Plan 10/15/2012-10/21/2012

Breakfast: Hash browns with bacon, raw veggies
Lunch: Turkey avocado wraps
Dinner: Chili, peas and a salad

Breakfast: Pancakes
Lunch: Chicken salad
Dinner: Marinated chicken tacos, roasted cauliflower

Breakfast: Homemade GF doughnuts
Lunch: lunch out
Dinner: Steak, baked sweet potatoes, salad
Breakfast: Oats with coconut oil
Lunch: Hummus and veggie Pitas
Dinner: Grilled chicken with sautéed mushrooms, rice and broccoli

Breakfast: Omelets with veggies
Lunch: Turkey sandwiches
Dinner: Burgers and salad with mustard vinaigrette 

Breakfast: Pumpkin muffins
Lunch: Egg salad sandwiches
Dinner: Dinner at wedding

Breakfast: on the road
