Meal Plan Monday 9/10/12

I've got lots of big plans this week!  I'll be trying clean and organize our pantry, finish canning all of my jam, and starting some tinctures and balms.  Because I want to get all of this done I am trying to keep things simple for our meals. 

I've planned meals for this week that take little time to prep and will maximize my time for other things.  I'm also planning to double my shepherd's pie recipe so I can put one in my freezer.

Meal Plan 9/10/12-9/16/12

Breakfast: Oats with coconut oil
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: Chicken Caesar Salad

Lunch: Tuna salad lettuce cups
Dinner: Shepherd’s Pie (doubling recipe for a freezer meal)

Breakfast: leftover omelet
Lunch: Curried carrot salad
Dinner: Clean out the fridge veggie stir fry

Lunch: Salmon salad with avocado dressing
Dinner: Freezer meal

Breakfast: Baked eggs
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: Quiche with almond flour crust

Breakfast: Veggie egg scramble
Lunch: Chicken salad
Dinner: Baked chicken and mashed potato casserole

Lunch: Turkey and avocado roll ups
Dinner: Spaghetti with homemade sauce and GF noodles
